Soseki Modern Omakase

Soseki is a fine dining omakase-style restaurant in Winter Park, Florida. The foundation of this project is brand storytelling, in which we developed the Soseki brand story alongside their founders and chefs. After the brand story development, we created Soseki’s visual identity package including the logo, storefront branding, menus, stationery, and website. EightySix media also manages social media accounts and creates photography and video content for Soseki.

Visual Identity

Soseki’s logo is an amalgamation of their values and symbols. The square icon features a foundation stone and a slice of bluefin tuna, which represents both tradition and prestige.

The approach to Soseki’s photo and video content focuses on the process and experience within the space. The goal is to capture the guests’ and chefs’ intimate culinary journey.

Social Media

This is where Soseki can demonstrate its personality. The human tone of the caption writing paired with the visual experience bridges a relationship between the brand and its audience. The strategy is to build brand awareness through authentic connections.
